The Russian who started a running revolution in the USA by Dr Svetlana Romanov
Nicholas Romanov was born and raised by a poor family in Russia. It was only after he and his family emigrated to the United States that he found international success and fame as a sports scientist and developed the Pose method of running, since adopted by many international track stars, as well as the US Military. Romanov has since coached athletes from around the world, and the culmination of his career has been an invitation back to his native country to help the Russian Olympics team.
